Instruction for use

- Attach the oxygen supply tubing to the gas source and set the oxygen to the prescribed flow.

- Check for gas flow through the device.

- Place the mask on the patients face with the elastic strap below the ears and around the neck.

- Gently pull the ends of the strap until the mask is secure.

- Mold the metal strip on the mask to fit the face.

Caution:

- For single patient use only.

- Not intended for reprocessing.

- Avoid freezing and excessive heat.

- Be sure all connections are secure.
